Insurance:
I am only in-network with Lyra Health, otherwise I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. Many insurance companies offer out-of-network coverage. This means they have a specified amount or percentage they will cover for psychotherapy for out-of-network providers. Each insurance company has their own rules and rates. I recommend all clients to call their insurance company to ask what they would cover. I can provide billing statements if you wish to seek reimbursement.
Cancellation policy:
Except in the case of emergency (e.g., serious condition of family member, contagious illness where a Telehealth session is not possible), all appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance, or the full session fee will be charged. The reason for this is I reserve this session time specifically for you, and do not offer it to other clients. Without more than 24 hours’ notice, I am typically unable to fill this spot.
